1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and Olgun Aldemir (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”) concerning the mobile game Bunny Sim (package name com.bunnysim.game, the “App”) and the website bunnysim.com (the “Site”).

By downloading, installing, opening or using the App, or by using the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not install or use the App.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.

This is a licence, not a sale. All rights not expressly granted here remain with the Developer.

3. What you may not do

• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute or otherwise make the App available to third parties, including by republishing it on any app store or download site.
• Copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the App, except where such a restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, or extract its source code, pixel art, sprites, sounds or other assets for reuse, except to the limited extent that applicable mandatory law allows this despite this clause.
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice.
• Use the App to break any law, or use its name, icon or artwork in a way that suggests we endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with your product.
• Interfere with the App's normal operation, or use automated tools to manipulate it in a way that harms other users or the Developer.

4. Intellectual property

The App and everything in it — source code, simulation logic, pixel art, sprites, user interface, the name “Bunny Sim”, the icon and the content of this Site — are owned by the Developer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.

Screenshots and recordings of your own gameplay may be shared freely, including on video platforms and social media, with or without monetisation, as long as you do not claim to be the developer of the App.

5. Price, advertising and in-app purchases

Bunny Sim is free to download and free to play. Current pricing and any optional purchases are shown on the official store listing and in the App.

Advertising. The free version shows advertisements between runs. No feature of the game is locked behind an advertisement or behind a purchase.

Premium (remove ads). The App offers a single optional in-app product that removes advertising permanently. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: it is charged once, it does not renew, and nothing is billed to you again for it.

• Signing in is required. The purchase is attached to the Google account you are signed in with, not to a device or an installation. You must sign in before buying, and sign in with the same account to use it elsewhere.
• It follows your account. On a new device, sign in and choose “Restore purchase”. Buying again is not necessary, and one purchase cannot be shared across several accounts.
• The store sets the price. The amount, currency, applicable taxes and any discount shown in the App are the ones the store reports for your country at that moment. We do not set or collect the payment ourselves.
• Verification. A purchase is confirmed with the store before the ad-free entitlement is granted. If the store cannot confirm it, the entitlement is not granted and any amount charged is handled by the store under its own rules.
• Deleting your account. Deleting your Bunny Sim account deletes the entitlement record we hold, but does not cancel or refund the purchase, which remains in your store account and can be restored by signing in again.

Refunds. Payments, taxes, receipts, cancellations and refunds are handled by the store you bought through, under that store's terms — for Android, Google Play's refund process. We cannot issue a refund for a store transaction ourselves. Your statutory consumer and withdrawal rights, where they apply, are unaffected by this section.

If the game ends. “Permanently” means for as long as the App and its services are available to you (see section 8). We will not convert the one-time purchase into a recurring charge, and we will not re-introduce advertising to an account that holds the ad-free entitlement.

6. Your account, player name and profile picture

You can play without an account. Signing in with Google is needed for the leaderboard, for a player name and picture, and to buy or restore Premium. Keep your Google account secure; activity through it is treated as yours.

What you publish. Your player name and profile picture, together with your best score, are shown publicly in the in-game leaderboard to anyone who opens the game. Only submit a picture you own or have the right to use, and a name you are comfortable showing publicly.

What is not allowed. Names and pictures that are sexual, hateful, violent, harassing, deceptive (for example impersonating another person or us), that infringe someone's rights, or that are unlawful. Submitted pictures are screened automatically before they are published, but automatic screening is not perfect: we may also remove a name or picture, or suspend an account, when these rules are broken.

Fair play. Do not falsify scores or interfere with the leaderboard, for example by modifying the App, tampering with its network traffic or automating play. Entries obtained that way may be removed without notice.

You keep ownership of the picture you upload. By submitting it you give us permission to store it and display it in the App and its leaderboard for as long as you keep it on your account — nothing more. Remove it in Settings, or delete your account, and that permission ends.

7. Distribution through app stores

The App may be distributed through Google Play, Apple's App Store or another official store identified by us. Your download and installation are also subject to that store's terms and policies, which are agreements between you and the store provider, not between you and us. Rights provided by applicable store terms, including refund rights, are unaffected by these Terms.

8. Availability, updates and changes

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the App, any of its features, or the Site at any time, with or without notice. Updates may be delivered through the applicable store according to your device settings. We are not obliged to provide support, maintenance or any specific update.

9. Age

Bunny Sim is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and uses stylized pixel-art predator-prey action. The applicable store listing provides the current age rating and content information. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, please review these Terms together with a parent or guardian; the person responsible for the device is responsible for the use of the App on it.

10. Privacy

How the App and Site process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Practices may vary by platform, version and optional features.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The App and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will run uninterrupted or error-free, that it is compatible with every device or mobile operating-system version, or that defects will be corrected. You install and use it at your own discretion and risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or device functionality, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App or the Site.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App, which for a free application is zero. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the App. You may end them at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — continue to apply.

14. Governing law

The Developer is based in Türkiye, so these Terms are governed by Turkish law.

That does not take anything away from you. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in continue to apply, and you can always bring a dispute before the courts of your own country.

In practice, almost everything is settled faster by e-mail than by a court. Write to bunnysimapp@gmail.com first and we will try to put it right.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when the App changes or the law requires it. The revised version is published on this page with a new “Last updated” date and takes effect when published. Continuing to use the App after that means you accept the revised Terms.
