Privacy Policy

1. Summary and scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game Bunny Sim (the “App”) and the website bunnysim.com (the “Site”).

Production releases may include Google Sign-In, online leaderboards, advertising and an optional ad-removal subscription. Features can differ between releases and platforms. The store privacy disclosure for the version you install should be read together with this policy.

2. Who we are

The App and Site are made and published by Olgun Aldemir, an independent developer (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”). Privacy questions and requests can be sent to aldemirolgun@gmail.com.

3. Information we may process

Depending on the platform, version and optional features you use, we may process:

• Account information, including your e-mail address, display name, profile image, Firebase user ID and Google Sign-In provider identifier when you choose to sign in.
• Gameplay and leaderboard information, including your displayed player name, scores, simulation results, leaderboard position, settings and cloud data associated with your account.
• Advertising information. Google Mobile Ads may process an IP address (which can indicate approximate location), advertising or app-set identifiers, App launches, taps, ad interactions, video views and diagnostic information to serve and measure ads, provide analytics and prevent fraud.
• Purchase and subscription information, including product ID, purchase token, transaction status and subscription entitlement. Google Play or the applicable app store processes payment credentials; we do not receive your full card or bank-account details.
• Technical and diagnostic information, such as device type, operating-system and App version, IP address, user-agent information, performance details and crash information.
• Support communications, including your e-mail address and the information you choose to include when contacting us.
• Website request information, such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent, processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the Site.

We do not ask for information that is unnecessary for the feature being provided.

4. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, operate leaderboards and cloud features, remember subscription entitlements, serve and measure advertising, maintain and secure the App and Site, diagnose errors, improve reliability, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Where required, advertising consent and personalisation choices are presented before the relevant processing begins.

5. Device permissions and platform features

The App uses internet access for sign-in, leaderboards, advertising, subscription verification and other online features. Advertising identifiers may be used by Google Mobile Ads where permitted by the platform and your settings. The App requests access only when needed for an available feature, and consent or permission prompts are shown where required.

6. Service providers

We may use service providers to distribute, host, authenticate, synchronise, secure and support the App and Site. These may include:

• Google Play and, when available, Apple's App Store for distribution, subscriptions, purchase verification and store diagnostics.
• Firebase Hosting to serve the Site.
• Firebase Authentication for Google Sign-In and account management.
• Cloud Firestore and related Firebase services for leaderboards, account-linked gameplay data and cloud features.
• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to serve and measure advertisements and help detect fraud and abuse.

Providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. For Google services, see the Google Privacy Policy. Apple services are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

7. This website

The Site does not currently set its own analytics cookies or embed third-party fonts, social widgets or advertising trackers. Firebase Hosting processes technical request information for content delivery, security and abuse prevention. We do not use hosting logs to build advertising profiles.

8. Children

Bunny Sim is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. The applicable store listing provides the current age rating and content information. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child in a way that requires parental consent without first obtaining that consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

9. Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal data. Information is transmitted to Google and other applicable store or service providers for authentication, cloud storage, leaderboard operation, advertising, analytics, purchase verification, diagnostics and fraud prevention. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, as part of a business transfer, or with your consent.

10. Retention and deletion

Account and leaderboard data is kept while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Purchase records may be retained for entitlement, accounting, fraud-prevention and legal purposes. Advertising and diagnostic retention is governed by the relevant provider. Account deletion will be available in the App. You can also use our account deletion page to request deletion without reinstalling or opening the App.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed. Data transmitted between the App, Site and the listed Google services uses encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority.

13. International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, they use recognised safeguards for international transfers. Their privacy policies provide more information about their processing locations and safeguards.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when features, platforms, providers or legal requirements change. The revised version is published here with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate, and store disclosures will be updated before the related release.
