Bunny Sim
You can request permanent deletion of your Bunny Sim account and its associated data either inside the App or by e-mail. Account deletion is not temporary deactivation and cannot be undone.
1. Delete your account in the App
- Open Bunny Sim and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings, then Account.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the information shown and confirm permanent deletion.
The App may ask you to sign in again before deletion to protect your account.
2. Request deletion without the App
If you no longer have access to the App, send a request from the e-mail address linked to your Bunny Sim account. Include your display name if available. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that you own the account.

3. Data that is deleted
After verification, we delete or de-identify data associated with the account from systems controlled by Bunny Sim, including:
- the Firebase Authentication account and account identifiers;
- the account e-mail address, display name and profile information we store;
- leaderboard entries, scores and account-linked simulation statistics;
- cloud settings and other gameplay data linked to the account.
Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days.
4. Data that may be retained
Limited transaction, subscription, security and fraud-prevention records may be kept when required for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution or abuse-prevention purposes. These records are not used to recreate the deleted account. Service providers may also retain records under their own legally required retention schedules.
5. Subscriptions
Deleting your Bunny Sim account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by an app store. You do not need to cancel before requesting deletion, but you should cancel separately to prevent future renewal. On Android, manage subscriptions through Google Play subscriptions.
